Gates open Saturday, June 5 at 7am, auction starts PROMPTLY at 10am. RAIN or SHINE, bring your raincoat, boots, and sun-block lotion!
Seller and Auctioneer are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES! Do not bring children if they will not be attended by an adult at all times. Do not come BAREFOOT! Do not CLIMB on STUFF! Expect insects and critters to attend! If you're buying large lots, you might bring some bug spray!
ONE DAY EVENT, we will auction until it is ALL SOLD! NO RESERVE on advertised items. Additional RESERVE items may be offered in a separate group.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There is no WARRANTY, all sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
10% BUYER'S PREMIUM added to every sale. This means if you win the item at $10.00, you will pay $11.00 plus tax at check-out!
CASH ONLY! NO CHECKS! NO CREDIT CARDS! NO CASHIER'S CHECKS without PRIOR APPROVAL (Prior means days before tender, not minutes!) We will accept POSTAL Money Orders and Traveler's Checques made out to RKP Enterprises. Buyers may place any amount in our escrow account to draw against, refund by check mailed on Monday, June 7th. Payment MUST BE COMPLETED before items are removed from premises, no exceptions!
We must collect Texas State Sales Tax on every purchase! We will accept proper Texas Sales Tax Exemption forms in lieu.
Buyers are responsible for items bought IMMEDIATELY! If you win it, you will pay for it. Watch your items!
Tens of thousands of dollars in salvage inventory, bring your truck, trailer, dumpster! We plan to have a Box Sales concession.
Removal must be by end-of-day June 20. No checkout security provided after auction day.
We will auction SALVAGE RIGHTS to items remaining on site on and after June 21.
Seller plans to have buildings razed July 1 to totally clear the land. This will require a properly certificated contractor to do the job. Contractor will have rights to the salvage value of any of the buildings, materials, and remaining contents. Contact RKP Enterprises to register for a bid packet.
A LIVE AUCTION is a SOCIAL EVENT, and an incredible amount of fun jammed into one day! You will meet more motorcycle aficionados than you can shake a stick at! This is going to be a BLAST, and everyone can go home a winner! We're going to make sure that individuals have a chance to buy choice items before selling off the bulk of each lot.
